Bourne Farm is a wonderful outdoor reception/function site for bridal showers,birthday parties, memorial services, fundraisers, and business meetings.

There is ample parking on the grounds. Tenants bring onto the property whatever they need to hold their event, from caterers to tent companies.

Included in the rental of the property is use of outdoor water and electricity. There are heavy voltage plugs adjacent to the grape arbor on the exterior of the house and on the exterior of the house facing the courtyard. There are also heavy voltage plugs on the lower level of the barn and behind the barn where caterers can set up their equipment.

Although the farmhouse is not available for use, the Barn is available. There is one outside toilet at the rear of the barn and lessees are expected to supply port-a-toilets depending on the size of the party. Salt Pond does maintain the grounds of the property and makes sure that your mowing requirements are taken care of prior to your event.
